BactiOzyme 8000

BactiOzyme 8000 uses a spray formula in powder form, bacteria in the form of high potency charged powder bacteria, used for the degradation of several types of waste. BactiOzyme 8000 contains a special formula; a blend of microorganisms, micro/macronutrients, and surface tension suppressors/penetrants, developed for biological augmentation. Safe and natural bacteria are present in large numbers to treat the most difficult industrial wastewater problems. In industrial water treatment or domestic water treatment, biological treatments are often used to eliminate organic elements such as fats, sugars, proteins, etc. The degradation of these organic elements is ensured by microorganisms (bacteria) which consume the organic materials in the presence of oxygen (aerobic method) or without oxygen (anaerobic method).

BactiOzyme 8000K

BactiOzyme 8000K uses the latest catalyst technology to degrade 30% -60% of pond sludge at one tenth of the cost compared to physical cleaning. BactiOzyme 8000 K helps clarify water and breaks down humus and mud in lakes and ponds by activating the mud layer to better stimulate bacterial activity. It contains surface activators that release pond sludge and allows the active ingredients to accelerate nature's natural cycle of decomposition. EcoBlock Gives round the clock waste degradation treatment with a simple, easy to use system. Simply suspend the block into the treatment area, hanging the block just away from the higher flow areas. BactiOzyme Bio-Block

Bio-Block is a solid block of natural bacteria used to dissolve organic waste. The thousands of bacteria that make it up are safe and are used to tackle difficult organic problems. This one-of-a-kind block will gradually dissolve over 30 to 90 days or more, allowing for continued waste treatment. The natural bacteria that make up the block will help reduce odors as well as muddy and greasy residues. Thanks to the Bio-Block, the continuous time is considerably reduced: the wastewater is in fact treated continuously, and not periodically. This process also eliminates the need for a dosing pump. BioZyme 5000

The control of livestock odours is a more demanding task than dealing with animal odours in a normal domestic situation. The amount of waste products produced and the frequency and ongoing production of wastes can present a greater odour problem.

BioZyme 5000 effectively controls odours in livestock production facilities such as poultry sheds, feedlots, piggeries, stables and larger scale cat and dog facilities.

Compost liquide

Composting is a process by which organic matter is transformed and stabilized by the activities of a succession of microbial populations. 8000 LC is a liquid organic product containing carefully selected natural microorganisms that easily adapt to the composting ecosystem. 8000 LC contains a blend of bacteria that operate effectively at the wide range of temperatures encountered in the compost environment.

The proliferation of microorganisms at temperatures 20-45 Celsius (called mesophiles) initiates the degradation process, breaking down simple organic waste. When the temperature rises above 45Celcuis, another group of organisms (called thermophiles) become active. These micro-organisms continue the degradation process and are largely responsible for the breakdown of more complex material such as twigs, leaf stems and straw, this mainly occurs at 50 to 60 degrees Celsius. It is in this range that maximum degradation and stabilization of organic matter occurs. Once food supplies disappear, the temperature will drop. The result is a stable, ready-to-use compost.

The closer temperatures are maintained between 50 to 60 degrees Celsius, the better the destruction of pathogens will be, which is important for future compost processing. Also weed seeds and plant diseases can be destroyed at these temperatures.

ClearPond

Algae survive, grow and reproduce by feeding off of the nutrients — nitrogen potassium and phosphorous— in the water. There are a variety of algae that differ in make-up and size. Unmonitored growth of these species can degrade water quality — low oxygen levels and sunlight unable to penetrate the algae scum on the surface. This poses threats to other organisms in the water like fish, plants and other aquatic life. In addition, algae growth makes it increasingly difficult for treatment plants to meet effluent permit limits.

Introduce Clear Pond Extreme into the pond, lagoon, lake, etc. to prevent these periods of excessive algae growth. Clear Pond Extreme uses bio-augmentation, a non-chemical and natural method - to remove the nutrients that are vital to algae growth. The microbes that are introduced ingest carbon, phosphorous, potassium and nitrogen at an accelerated rate, which limits the nutrients available for algae to consume. AQUA CULTURE is the rapid growth of fish by artificially feeding heavily stocked fish systems. As a result of this increased feeding, metabolic activity of the fish is increased, thus increasing the levels of organic wastes and toxic compounds. Algae, bacteria and other microorganisms begin to grow. As a result, the ponds natural ecosystem cannot be maintained. Usage rates: :

On a bi-weekly basis, drop 2 tablets into the toilet bowl and permit it to dissolve and then flush. Use one tablet for each 1,000 gallons of tank capacity. Treatment with regular doses is highly recommended to keep the septic system trouble free.

For drain treatment, dissolve one tablet into 1 gallon of water and pour the solution into all drain lines. Repeat treatment monthly..

Application method for mopping:

At the end of the day, simply drop one tablet into the mop water prepared with water , soap and water, or cleaner of your choice. Allow 2-3 minutes for the effervescent tablet to dissolve. Mop floor normally focusing on cracks, crevices, and spaces under equipment. When mopping is completed, pour mop water into floor drains. If possible, pour mop water in equal amounts into each floor drain.
