Ultradyne A

Sanitation and disinfection of drinking water for domestic animals

Used to sanitize and disinfect water from pathogenic germs - bacteria, viruses, fungus and their spores. For all animals and even humans.

Ultradyne-A is a safe and effective disinfectant added to drinking water for beef, dairy, poultry, sheep and swine production. It prevents the proliferation of pathogens and contamination between animals.

Ultraydne-A is a biocidal organic disinfectant which destroys all micro-organisms in a non-selective manner. It is even effective against the polio virus TB and organisms made resistant by the abuse of antibiotics. Only very corrosive and toxic disinfectants destroy fungi spores, which makes their use dangerous and uneconomical.

Ultradyne-A is safe for animals and is made with food grade iodine. This trace element plays a very important role for growth and development. Iodine deficiency can lead to decreased metabolism, abortion, anemia, growth retardation, etc.

There are no reports of toxic effects from excess iodine, which is found naturally in water, soil, and food.

Composition:

A concentrated solution of natural plant organic extracts, citric acid combined with dietary iodine salts to optimize the availability of iodine 12 according to a patented process. It is essential to understand that only iodine free of any iodophor is the active ingredient as a biocide. The titratable iodine level does not indicate the effectiveness of a product. A Natural Dietary Approach to Water Disinfection

Ultradyne A may increase the consumption of water not contaminated by bacteria or with a putrid odor (H2S). At a maintenance dose of one in thirty thousand it helps reduce the incidence of mastitis and foot rot. Considering that the production of one liter of milk requires more than four liters of water, the increase in consumption can only be beneficial.

Bactericidal Efficacy of Ultradyne-A

The bactericidal effect of Ultradyne-A on Escherichia coli and micrococcus pyogenes, var. Aureus was determined using the chambers test modified from that of Weber-Black 24,25.

Méthod:

Ultradyne A diluted to 1, 5 and 10 ppm available iodine was added to both cultures. The pH was controlled by phosphoric acid. After 15, 30 and 60 seconds, the iodine was neutralized with sodium thiosulfate, the organisms placed in plates and incubated at 55 C for 48 hours.

Results;

By respecting the experimental procedures a concentration of 1 ppm of iodine available by Ultradyne-A results in the destruction of 99.999% of the organisms tested in 60 and 30 seconds.

PRODUCT :

A Water Soluble blend of the extracts of BACILLUS SUBTILIS and ASPERGILLUS NIGER which includes high concentrations of beta-glucanase (gumase) , and small to moderate levels of alpha-amylase, hemi-cellulase, pectinase, protease and xylanase activities.

No. 3.2.1.4 (according to the Recommendations of the Nomenclature Committee of the International Union of Biochemistry on the Nomenclature and Classification of Enzymes. General Use Rates Methods: Swine Drinking Water Applications

a- Prepare a stock solution of 10 ml of Swine Enzyme Solution per Liter (1,000 ml) or (1 oz per gallon) of water and inject this concentrate into your water line through your meditator unit set at a ratio of 1 to 100.

b- Use the above solution for the first 7 to 10 days and than reduce the concentration of your stock solution by 50% until your growers and finishers are shipped for processing.
